Грип

Грип (Gripp) is the Ukrainian term for “influenza,” a highly contagious viral infection that affects the respiratory system. It is characterized by sudden onset of fever, chills, cough, sore throat, muscle aches, fatigue, and often headaches. The virus spreads through respiratory droplets when an infected person coughs, sneezes, or talks. Influenza can lead to severe complications, especially in vulnerable populations such as the elderly, young children, and individuals with underlying health conditions. Prevention strategies include vaccination, good hygiene practices, and avoiding close contact with infected individuals.
