Gripa

Gripa (in SL language) refers to an illness commonly known as influenza, which is caused by influenza viruses. It is characterized by symptoms such as fever, chills, cough, sore throat, muscle aches, fatigue, and sometimes vomiting and diarrhea. Gripa is often contagious and spreads through respiratory droplets when an infected person coughs, sneezes, or talks. The illness can range from mild to severe, with some individuals, particularly the elderly, young children, and those with weakened immune systems, at a higher risk for complications. Vaccination is a common preventive measure against gripa.
